The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering complimentary room service for breakfast and dinner when I needed to work. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, while the staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location made it easy to explore the city.

The location of this hotel was great for my business trip, with quick access to the main street and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also kept very clean during my stay, which was definitely appreciated. Additionally, the staff were generally friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.
I experienced a few issues during my stay that detracted from my overall experience. Firstly, the check-in process was very lengthy and difficult, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Additionally, the late-night menu was both limited and expensive, which was disappointing. Finally, while some of the staff were helpful, others were not as accommodating and this inconsistency made for an uneven experience.

Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! the breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. the location was perfect, situated near several tourist hotspots and key landmarks. the room was cozy and comfortable with an excellent view of the city.
The room service for food was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected for the order to arrive. the Wi-Fi signal in the evening was somewhat unstable, making it difficult to stream videos or browse the internet.

The food was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly, cleaning was top-notch, and travel support options were great. The hotel room was well-maintained and had prompt service for any questions or needs. Staff even waived extra charges for room service, making us feel at home.
Can't fault the property in any way.
